How to rotate a PDF
- Open the editor and choose your PDF.
- Select the page you want to fix in the sidebar.
- Click Rotate L or Rotate R until it is upright.
- Repeat for any other pages that need it.
- Click Export to save the corrected PDF.
The rotation actually sticks

Per page, not all-or-nothing

Annotations rotate with the page
Anything you have already added — text, signatures, highlights, drawings — is transformed along with the page, so nothing ends up sideways or displaced after a rotation.
Combine with crop and clean-up
For phone photos of documents, the usual sequence is rotate upright, deskew and clean the contrast, then crop the background away. All three live in the same editor, and none of them upload your file.
Why "no upload" matters when you rotate a PDF
People usually reach for this tool while straightening scanned paperwork before filing or sending it. Nearly every free PDF website handles that by uploading your file to a server, processing it there and deleting it at some later point you cannot verify — which means the pages you are reorienting has been copied onto infrastructure belonging to a company you know nothing about, together with your IP address and the file name.
